The blue group, made up of 6 girls and 7 boys, is working specifically on a stretch of less than two minutes with 3 splits, "a test in which the absolute best time was set by our Loris Revelli with 1:55.52" he explains CT Simone Fabbri. And he adds: “We are on the most complicated track in Italy, where all the best athletes in the world spend part of their winter training and testing new materials. It's a much safer slope than others, where even a good master can have fun: the real difficulty is to cover it quickly. An important experience for which I thank the Sanremo team who welcomed us really well and are doing a great job for the sector, to follow as an example".
A good time for the Downhill blue, who is also experiencing the great growth of the women's sector led by veterans Eleonora Farina and Veronika Widman: "With the results obtained in recent years, they have evidently motivated the younger ones to practice this discipline with commitment and professionalism" explains the CT. And again: “What we have built is a cohesive and collaborative group, which shares even the smallest detail for the only common purpose: to grow! Big things are done together, not individually”.
