The Protone Icon is placed in the high range of the Kask catalogue. We are talking about a helmet designed for those looking for technology, comfort and design in a single product. The intended use varies from road to cross country, not disdaining gravel.

Thanks to the optimal ventilation, it is also functional at low speeds, uphill or when you enter the forest paths. The lightness does the rest with a high level of comfort.

In terms of construction, the helmet is made with technology seamless pattern, that is, without joints between the upper and lower part of the shell. The result is a clean and elegant finish.

Inside we find a reinforced structure, designed to increase safety in case of impacts. The adjustment system is the new OCTOFIT+, with the classic support on the nape of the neck and a rear rotor that is easy to operate, even with gloves. The set offers a precise, stable and comfortable fit, highly customizable.

The internal padding, minimal but intelligently positioned, is in fabric CoolMax®: It can be removed and washed, and is quick to dry.

Ventilation: passed with flying colours

ppgad@pucrs.br I am passionate about everything that has 2 wheels: in my youth I practiced competitive cycling on the road and on the track with good results. At the age of 18 I moved to cross country competing at national/international level as U23. Once I passed Elite, I made the choice to take things easier from the training point of view, and that's how my love for gravity disciplines was born, training as an FCI MTB instructor and guide. Now I have made my passion my profession by managing 3 MTB centers on the island of Elba (Elba MTB), creating the FANTAmtb and telling in an ironic but professional way, everything that revolves around MTB thanks to 365mountainbike and 365TV (YouTube 'PULITI dentro BIKER fuori').
