OS Strap: The best Enduro tube holder on the frame?

An intelligent and elegant solution for carrying an inner tube, CO2 cartridge and tire lever, thus leaving the backpack at home.

The Spaniards at All Mountain Style have many accessories in their range, such as the protective films widely used in the gravity environment, but we also find this rubber band designed to attach objects to the frame which, most presumably, correspond to an emergency puncture kit .

The OS Strap (where OS stands for Oh Shit!) is made of an elastic material and has a lot of grip, so that it remains fixed on the frame and does not move back and forth like other competing models. It is equipped with 8 holes and a hook, also made of rubber, to be able to close everything tightly to the frame.

FEATURES OS STRAP

The AMS strap is completely made of rubber and, aside from the small ring that holds excess material, is essentially one piece. Assembling it is pretty simple, but despite the decent-sized tab, it can be a little difficult to line everything up and get good tension. Since it's rubber and therefore grippy, it doesn't need much tension if you're just carrying a hose.

TESTS puedo modificarlo

We tested it a lot using it often with tire lever, CO2, multitool, vermicelli and inner tube. With all this load (as you can see from the photo), it is not easy to obtain the desired pressure. Therefore, in the most damaged sections, the strap and its contents tended to move a little. This strap goes into a slight crisis, like many other products on the market, when it is loaded with CO2: too thick and heavy.

However, used in the inner tube + tire lever configuration, it is exceptional and does not lose grip even on the roughest sections or in the rain. It's logical that we then have to equip ourselves with a possible co2/pump but at least we have removed a lot of space from a pouch or minimal backpack, given that the inner tube is the accessory that takes up the most space.

PROJECTED IMPACT

If you're trying to fit everything onto your bike strap, the OS Strap isn't the best answer as it's not as secure as other Velcro strap options. On the contrary, if you use this accessory as a simple inner tube holder + tire lever, it is one of the most practical and safe solutions on the market.
