Fizik is fully committed to the MTB market by announcing Gravita, a range of MTB shoes developed to best combine protection and performance for riders of downhill and enduro. A team of industry-leading experts, engineers and elite DH athletes spent months designing, refining and real-world testing to come up with not one, but two Gravity models-riding: the Gravita Tensor and Gravita Versor MTB shoes.
With the new Gravita series, fizik has decided to "hit" both DH athletes and Enduro athletes, producing light and agile shoes, but protective and robust, and able to improve the control of the bike through the pedals offering a precise fit and performing.

To avoid the cumbersome fit of traditional MTB shoes from downhill, both Gravita models feature lightweight and durable ripstop nylon uppers and essential, water-resistant internal padding along with an all-new Gravita outsole in both flat and clipless versions. Vibram® Megagrip compound with a different tread between the central and the extreme areas, to meet the needs of stability (centre of the shoe) and grip when walking (toe and heel).
Supportive, protective and stable, the Gravita Tensor features fizik's Ergolace anatomical closure system overlaid with a Tensor Powerstrap for locked-in stability and lossless power transfer.

Gravita Versor takes a more minimalistic approach to adrenaline-pumping gravity riding, swapping out the Powerstrap and extra ankle protection for a slimmer profile and lighter shoe, ideal when mixing DH rides with trail riding.
