Here we go again!! There is less and less time until the first stage of the Toscano Enduro Series 2025 which will be held in Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina in the province of Pisa.

In addition to being a great return to a fabulous location in the heart of Tuscany, which has already hosted both regional and national races of this wonderful discipline, it will also be the first Enduro race in Italy, both for muscle bikes and E-Bikes. It will also award FCI Top Class points, a great opportunity for true competitors to take a first loot in view of the season. The Talo and Pardo of MTB Castelnuovo are motivated and ready to replicate the competitions of past years, surprising you with some new features not to be underestimated that will await you in a beautiful and technically very complete trail area!
But not only this, in fact the race in the upper Cecina valley will be the prelude to a championship that is once again exciting and full of novelties. 6 races spread throughout Tuscany, from the extreme south of Argentario to the extreme north of Abetone, passing through Arezzo, Calci and Campiglia Marittima. And so to the total novelties of Campiglia Marittima and Argentario, are added the returns of Arezzo and Calci in addition to the one already mentioned of Castelnuovo with the confirmation of Abetone as the perfect location in the summer period. Specifically, it starts on March 9th from Castelnuovo Val di Cecina to continue on April 6th in Arezzo, on May 4th in Calci, on June 8th in Campiglia Marittima, on July 13th in Abetone and then close the championship on October 19th in Argentario. A location of great importance for a championship that opens and closes the enduro season in Italy, as one competes in what over the years has become the reference championship for this wonderful discipline.
Returning to the Castelnuovo race, a route already ready with 27 km in total, of which 6,5 are specials and 1200 meters of altitude difference, with the classic tests of Stregaia, Aia dei Diavoli, degli Infernacci and Bruciano, just to remind us that we are in one of the most important geothermal centers in Italy with steam coming out of every hole in the ground.
All the greatest Italian specialists are expected at the start, eager to compare themselves to evaluate their state of form at the end of the winter preparation, with the Italian vice-champion Tommaso Francardo taking the lion's share while waiting to renew the challenge with the reigning champion Mirko Vendemmia currently stuck in the pits after the shoulder operation aimed at reconstructing the rotator cuff to contain the continuous subluxations of the left shoulder. In the women's field, however, the Italian champion Nadine Ellecosta will once again be the athlete to beat for all opponents.
So there is great anticipation for this race which, being the first of the season, will surely see everyone very excited at the start, also thanks to the fact that the weather forecast is for nice and hot weather.
