Pauline Ferrand Prevot stopped by Covid

The last few races have been complicated for her: now we know the reason.

Pauline Ferrand-Prevot achieved her world goal but was ready to test herself in the World Cup in America and then also in gravel with the European. And, why not, the World Cup in Italy. After feeling unwell in the last few hours, a test confirmed that she has contracted Covid again and, therefore, she is out of the European Championship. She will now rest and the rest of her program for 2023 will depend on how she overcomes this new problem but it is likely that her season will end early.
