To better manage the second Factory project in just over a year, we find the pro Sergio Mantecón as Team Manager. After 20 years of racing at the highest level, Sergio’s results speak for themselves: 3 World Cup podiums, 8 Spanish Mountain Bike Championships and even a spot at the 2012 London Olympics. Sergio knows what it takes to compete against the best in the world.

This type of experience will be essential to manage a team composed of 8 members of the technical staff and 5 athletes who contribute a mix of experience, qualifications and an incredible amount of motivation.

“Personally, I am super excited to join the Mondraker family. Like me, They have competition in their DNA, and it's an honor to have the opportunity to build this project from the very beginning. It's a serious challenge, but I'm ready to put everything I've learned in the last 20 years of racing into play. We'll do everything we can to make this team a global contender.” – Sergio Mantecon
