New Zealander Lachlan Stevens-McNab (THE UNION – FORGED BY STEEL CITY MEDIA) held his own against the best in the semifinals. It was reigning world champion Loïc Bruni (SPECIALIZED GRAVITY) who took the first points in the men's Elite race by crossing the finish line 0,161 seconds ahead of Austrian Andreas Kolb (CONTINENTAL ATHERTON). Loris Vergier (TREK FACTORY RACING GRAVITY) completed the podium in third place. Reigning World Cup champion Amaury Pierron (COMMENCAL-MUC OFF BY RIDING ADDICTION) didn't start following a crash yesterday.

Jordan Williams (Specialized Gravity) had the upper hand in the final, taking his first downhill win of the year ahead of Frenchman Loris Vergier and current UCI world champion Loïc Bruni. It was Williams' first race in the Elite category.
This is just insane. Lenzerheide it's not one of my favorite tracks so I rode as best as I could. I don't know where I found the speed. Definitely having fast riders in Juniors helped push me forward before making it to the Elites. I didn't focus on trying to win, I just tried to get the best run possible. Finn and Loic are great.
