Intense renounces the 2024 DH season: There is a lot of news of this kind and they are certainly not good for the competitive environment. The world of DH is undergoing many changes: Greg Minnaar leaves Santa Cruz, Mondraker will no longer support the MS team, RockShox Trek closes, GT shifts commitment towards individual riders, Danny Hart out of Cube and, now, the announcement of Intense.

Intense factory racing
The project began in 2019 and since then has seen many well-known names on the DH scene: among them Aaron Gwin, Dakotah Norton, Jack Moir and Joe Breeden. In all this time they have managed to get on several World Cup podiums and represent one of the emblematic brands of the DH world.
2019 – 2023…. what an incredible journey! A big thank you to our Intense Cycles family and supporting sponsors, as well as our riders, staff, fans and friends for their support over the last 5 years. This has truly been an enjoyable chapter of life for us and we will miss having this crew all together at once. Our team will no longer be with Intense Cycles in 2024, and some of our riders and staff will also move on to other projects/teams. We wish him nothing but the best and are grateful for the time we spent together. We will announce our 2024 race team in the near future. Happy New Year, see you at the races! – Intense
This is the message with which the Intense Factory Racing structure greeted Intense. From his words he suggests that the structure will continue in the world of racing but with other partners and drivers.
UPDATE: Team Intense starts again under a different guise
