Czech legend Tomáš Slavík held off Colombian Juanfer Vélez to win the first European edition of the iconic mountain bike event downhill Red Bull Cerro Abajo urban race in Genoa, Italy on Sunday, reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h over the 2,2 km course.
