After a whopping 56km day, Frenchwoman Charre had a decent margin of victory of nearly 14 seconds over local idol Gloria Scarsi (Canyon CLLCTV Dainese), who was second in the standings. Last year's champion Isabeau Courdurier (Lapierre Zipp Collective) finished third.
Charre won the day's first two stages, both by around 10 minutes of riding and the longest of the race by some margin. She consequently administered the lead despite a strong Gloria Scarsi, who took a PS victory and was cheered on by her crowd leading her to her best result ever on the world stage.

In the men's race, it took Canadian Melamed a stage to take the lead but then found his rhythm and held the lead for the rest of what was a huge day in the saddle with more than 2.000m of climbing and 3.100 m of descent. Melamed's biggest threat came from his compatriot Rhys Verner (Forbidden Synthesis Team) who won stage one of the day along with stage five. This meant that, at the end of the game, he was only five seconds behind after nearly 30 minutes of play. Frenchman Alex Rudeau (Commencal Enduro Project) won a stage and had two second places to finish within a second of Verner in third place.

In the U21 race, it was a commanding victory for Canada's Emmy Lan of the Forbidden Synthesis Team, France's Lily Planquart finished second and Lan's compatriot Elly Hoskin finished third.
The U21 men was a win for Specialized Enduro Team's Raphael Giambi, Scotland's William Brodie finished second and Giambi's fellow Frenchman Alexis Icardo (Canyon CLLCTV Dainese) finished third.
The team of the day was the Canyon CLLCTV Factory Enduro Team, but after three EDR rounds in 2023, Yeti/Fox Factory Racing lead the teams standings.
