The regulations provided for 50 minutes of racing plus one lap for a technical course of 2,8 km with an important passage along the historic Zopa Seca, re-proposed with more technical hard lines. The first to start the Men's Open category, after 15 seconds the Masters and then the Women's Open.
For the Men's Open, Andrea Garibbo (Team Haibike) set the fastest time in 56'57'', followed by Mirko Tabacchi (RDR Italia) and Samuele Leone (Cicli Manini). The pink race is by Anna Oberparleiter (RH racing) in 56'31'', second Jessica Pellizzaro and third Francesca Saccu, both from the Cingolani team.
Also awarded the Italian titles to Antonio Macculi (Master 30-39 years), Carmine Del Riccio (Master 40-49) and Mauro Scagliarini (Master Over 50).
Mirko Celestino, coach of the national team, Marco Sartor, deputy mayor of Maser and Fabrizio Cazzola, FC national councilor, were present at the awards.
Special mention to the Maser middle school, represented by the vice principal Gianna Galzignato, for having enthusiastically participated and supported the competition called for the creation of the event's mascot.
The appointment is for tomorrow at 9 with the Junior Male category.
