VERSION 29 AND MULLET
Available in dedicated MX/29″ frame configurations and in a range of five sizes, the Capra Core 5 comes in a liquid metal color with high modulus carbon fiber construction. A TM6000 water bottle is accompanied by a Crankbrothers SOS Tube Stash, an integrated system that includes everything needed to remedy mechanical problems/punctures. The super-proven V4L kinematics provide 165mm of travel, while in the MX (mullet) model it jumps to 170mm. Size-specific chainstays ensure balance regardless of rider height.
ASSEMBLIES AND VERSIONS
At the front, the Öhlins RXF38 M.2 fork features a triple-chamber air spring for precision adjustment and initial, mid- and final stroke control. Damping is handled by the World Championship-winning TTX18 cartridge with high/low speed compression. At the back, spring-loaded shock with Öhlins TTX M.2 features an updated bottom-out and high-speed compression range. There are also size-specific spring rates: 343 pounds (S), 365 pounds (M), 388 pounds (L), 411 pounds (XL), and 434 pounds (XXL).
Crankbrothers Synthesis Enduro alloy rim with Industry Nine 1/1 hub. These rims feature specifically tuned front/rear profiles with a unique number of spokes to improve ride quality and a hub with 90 engagement points (if you want to learn more about engagement points, here is the link). Double Down Maxxis Assegai and DHR II tyres, SRAM X0 drivetrain, Renthal Fatbar/Apex handlebars, SDG saddle, ODI grips, YT Postman seatpost and SRAM Code RSC brakes.
