Loana Lecomte is back: on the second lap she increased her pace and was left alone, in full 2021 World Cup style, and no one could answer her. Initially Jenny Rissveds tried but she gave up almost immediately, ending the test in second place with a gap of 1 minute and thirteen seconds, closely followed by home athlete Laura Stigger.
Rebecca McConnell finished in 7th place on a bad day. Neither Evie Richards nor Pauline Ferrand Prevot left. Before the Italians, Eva Lechner in 17th place.
