Featuring an extraordinary gathering of international freeride stars, the event was the site of unprecedented action which will encourage many to take up mountain biking in the region.

Through this massive project and in collaboration with the relevant authorities of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Austrian Entertainment Company aims to promote cycling, and especially freeride mountain biking. “Local heroes” and international stars came together to film side by side, exploring the unique terrain of Saudi Arabia for the first time ever, paving the way for new opportunities for sport across the Middle East.
For this reason, professional trail builder Clemens Kaudela created the first ever Freeride trail at “The Suburbia”, a multi-sports center in the hills of Jeddah. The song will witness the electrifying performances of Johnny Salido
from Mexico, Bienvenido Aguado from Spain and the Ruso brothers from Austria, making them the first professional freeriders to ply the terrain of Arabia.
One of the highlights was the enthusiastic participation of over 100 local riders, mostly Filipino nationals, who tackled the amateur course with courage and skill, demonstrating the inclusive spirit of the global freeride community.
Georgie Fechter, owner of Masters of Dirt, shared his enthusiasm for the event:
“I have always wanted to show the incredible hospitality of Saudi Arabia to my friends and Masters of Dirt riders. This country has much more to offer than meets the eye.
Hosting the first freeride event here was a dream come true, and it's a moment in my life that I will never forget. The warmth and excitement we experienced was truly heartening and highlights the universal appeal that extreme sports can offer.”
This historic event was made possible thanks to the joint efforts of the Saudi Austrian Entertainment Company, Clemens Kaudela, and supported by esteemed partners such as Red Bull, Red Bull Mobile, Masters of Dirt and CPGANG. Their support has been fundamental in transforming this dream into a spectacular reality, providing athletes and enthusiasts with a platform to showcase their talent and passion for the sport in the purest "Freeride spirit".
