He was the big favorite on the eve and he did not disappoint expectations: Adrien Boichis won the Cross Country World Championship, Junior Men category, with an attacking race. The young Frenchman left behind the Colombian Camilo Gomez and the Swiss son of art Nils Aebersold.
Boichis broke the delay in the first half of the race showing evident superiority. Also in great shape in yesterday's Team Relay, the transalpine champion has conquered the fifth affirmation on Italian soil in a 2021 full of satisfactions.

After halfway through the race, Boichis controlled the couple formed by Gomez and Aebersold, who could not do anything, even though they were the authors of a very consistent test ended respectively at 1'13 "and 1'21" from the winner.
