After a 2022 that culminated with Betteo's victory at the Italian XCO Championship, the six young riders of the SCOTT Racing Team are back on the national and international competition fields.

In recent weeks, the Team met on the hospitable Island of Elba for the traditional training camp which lays the technical and organizational foundations for the competitive season. Under the technical guidance of Team Manager Sergio Musso and Technical Director Ernestino Siffredi, the six riders spent a week dedicated to training, team building and mental preparation in view of the XC 2023 competitive goals. The SRT XCO project does not change from to the past seasons and focuses everything on sporting and ethical professional growth. The competitive objective will be to aim for the podium of the Italian championship both in the two Under categories and in the Juniores categories and to do well in international competitions.

Last season we achieved good results by winning the two Italian XCO and XCC jerseys and the Internationals of Italy with one of our athletes and in 2023 we will continue on this path also thanks to the inclusion of two excellent athletes such as Giulia Rinaldoni and Ettore Prà. Our philosophy is to give continuity to the SCOTT ITALIA Future Pro project by giving young athletes the opportunity to move on to the junior and higher categories. As a team we have a growth and continuity program together with SCOTT ITALIA in order to be able to guarantee our athletes the technical and financial support to achieve important goals"

The boys in 2023 will race with the new SCOTT Spark RC and will be equipped with a SCOTT accessory kit including helmet, shoes and gloves specific for competitions. The team will take part in the main European races of the "junior series" circuit and some world cup races. Furthermore, the participation in some races of the "Italia Bike Cup" has been confirmed.
