Unno in the DH World Cup: Primal Unno Project Race Team

Unno arrives in the DH World Cup with a new team and a prototype under development.

Unno returns to compete in the DH World Cup by launching the Primal Unno project with Angel Suárez, Ike Klaassen and Team Manager Niko Velasco. After being been revealed in the UCI team list of this year, it is now official. The bike will be a Unno prototype, the Ever, which the brand has been working on for a year already. Now the athletes are testing the bike with various set-up and geometry configurations.

I have never ridden such a balanced bike. It's super nimble and has the perfect balance of stability and handling, with plenty of ground feel and great stiffness. The feeling is very similar to the Burn, a bike that I have loved since the first ride – Angelo Suarez

In addition to Unno, the team also presents Primal as the title sponsor, the team's press release states that it is a yet to be launched component/accessory brand. The team will also be supported in 2023 by Alpinestars, Enve, TRP, Schwalbe, Fizik, Fox, Crankbrothers, Tannus, Ochain and Ridewrap.
