For the first time, the area will host a UCI Marathon World Cup, which will take place from 2 to 4 June. The epic 100km course will encompass the best of what the region has to offer; magnificent coastal views, an unrivaled network of world-class trails and an experience that takes you from the mountains to the sea.

And it won't just be the pros enjoying this incredible day in the saddle, with masters having the chance to ride exactly the same route as the World Cup riders in the Marathon of Finale Outdoor Region.
The course, all in line, will have an incredible elevation gain of 3492m, with the course divided into approximately 45% forest tracks, 33% singletrack and the remaining 22% asphalt. That famous Finale singletrack, in fact, translates into a total of nine descents, which add up to 30 km of trail.

The course has been carefully chosen to ensure that it can be ridden without problems even in the wet, but with maximum temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius in the Italian Riviera in June, it is very likely that a post-race dip in the Ligurian Sea will bring humidity . And with the race headquarters located in the medieval village of Finalborgo, spectators and fans alike will be able to follow the action from any of the traditional restaurants and bars that line the ancient town square.
The Finale Outdoor Region Marathon will take place on Sunday 4 June and registrations are now open here.
