The Repeater PT is an eMTB designed to elevate your trail experience thanks to 170mm of travel and a 29-29 or mullet wheel configuration. The new Driveunit Eagle Powertrain develops 90Nm and is combined with the 720Wh SRAM battery, the SRAM Powertrain control unit and the SRAM T-Type AXS transmission. A giant step forward in terms of integration between engine and transmission!
AT THE HEART OF THE SYSTEM
The Repeater Powertrain was designed to give you the best driving experience.
Starting from the advanced geometry of the previous Repeater, we thought of an eMTB that offers greater safety and greater control. In the Powertrain system, the engine, transmission and controls work in unison, simplifying use and unlocking innovative new features that can be used to customize the bike to your preferences.
The design of the new Repeater PT is super clean. The AXS controls and the small display located on the top tube allow you to access every function in a simple and ergonomic way
The SRAM Powertrain engine is silent even on the roughest terrain.
At the base of the system we find the advanced Eagle Powertrain control unit capable of unlocking new functions such as AUTO SHIFT and COAST SHIFT. An automatic system that assists you when you need it most, whether it's a challenging climb or a technical descent.
As riders we know how fundamental customer service and assistance is when choosing an eMTB. For this reason, the full carbon frame is guaranteed for life and the Powertrain system together with the transmission and suspension are followed by SRAM assistance, a leading brand in the customer service sector.
MAXIMUM INTEGRATION
The powerful and reliable Powertrain motor provides 90Nm of torque and is powered by the 720Wh SRAM battery.
The Repeater PT transmission is perfectly integrated with the drive unit. While pedaling, the system constantly evaluates speed, power and rpm, automatically changing the ratio to guarantee optimal cadence during both acceleration and braking. All this without having to act on the gearbox control.
RANGE OR RALLY, THE CHOICE IS YOURS
The Repeater PT engine has 2 assistance modes: Range and Rally. The first is a low power mode, useful for saving battery charge or usable for transfers. The second guarantees maximum performance in terms of torque and speed. By simplifying the levels of assistance you will be able to concentrate fully on driving.
POD CONTROLLERS
The new AXS control devices give the cockpit an elegant clean look. The upper left side button allows you to switch from Range mode to Rally mode, the lower one controls the telescopic seat post. The 2 buttons on the right controller control the AXS transmission.
Both controllers are reprogrammable via the AXS App.
AUTO SHIFT WITH T-TYPE AXS
The Powertrain system uses an algorithm that guarantees perfect gear ratios in every situation, eliminating the need for shifting in most cases.
The Auto Shift function can be deactivated at will allowing the derailleur to be used as a normal AXS shifter.
Furthermore, the Coast Shift function allows you to enter a gear even when you are not pedaling. Just think of a downhill stretch followed by a steep climb. In this case it is possible to select a more agile gear ratio during the descent. The system will rotate the crown just enough to engage the new gear without having to move the pedals. This function is also active in manual transmission mode.
GIDDY UP!
The giddy Up suspension system is designed to behave intuitively in a wide range of configurations without having to sacrifice hours finding the right shock setting.
The Giddy Up suspension layout offers 170mm of travel, using 205x65mm wheelbase shock absorbers. It is designed to work correctly with both spring and air mono and it is possible to add or remove volume spacers to adapt to any riding style.
Compared to other Giddy Up bicycles, the Repeater PT has a slightly lower leverage ratio to compensate for the weight of the motor and battery, allowing the shock absorber to be calibrated with standard pressures.
With nearly 27% progression and an eBIKE-specific version of our Giddy Up kinematics, the Repeater PT has an excellent balance of support and small-bump sensitivity.
The Repeater PT's suspension is tuned to ensure maximum traction improving the experience both uphill and downhill.
The suggested SAG of 28 to 34% allows you to go from an aggressive and snappy mode to a more flexible and active party mode.
