The Cyclocross World Cup has begun, with the absolute domination of Eli Iserbyt, but the world champion of the discipline, Tom Pidcock, has not yet appeared at the start.

Tom Pidcock is starting to plan his 2023 season in which he hopes to be the protagonist of the Tour de France, but first eyes on the cross, also to honor the rainbow jersey.

"I haven't made a plan yet, he told CyclingNews, I think I'll start in three weeks, but we haven't talked about that yet. My coach has Covid, so we didn't meet last week on retreat. I went to Los Angels with the help of the team to do a more intense rehabilitation process. We hope to be able to get rid of it forever. I have had this pain continuously since February. I can still ride a bike, but I feel bad when I do. I went through moments when I was fine and others when I wasn't".

In the end he added that he would like to aim to win the Tour de France in the future, maybe as early as next year even if he is not sure. "If I look at Vingegaard and Tadej I don't think I can beat them yet", He declared to Sporza,"Maybe I can beat them one day, but three weeks is another story".
