The successful MIG series expands with the arrival of the MIG Sport Touring, an e-mtb with 120mm of front and rear travel, 29 ”wheels and Shimano Steps E8000 system.
Source: press release
The MIG-ST was created for lovers of long off-road excursions with the comfort of a bi-cushioned e-mtb and the smoothness and ability to overcome obstacles of 29 "tires combined with the power of the Shimano Steps E8000 engine with 504Wh.
With the new MIG-ST Stefano Migliorini wanted to develop an e-mtb that would maintain the handling and stability characteristics that have made his MIG and MIG-R famous, such as the short rear stay and the low center of gravity, obtained thanks to the position of the battery below the down tube, making them available even on a more touring vehicle and with less suspension travel, also suitable for those approaching the world of e-mtb for the first time.
The 6061T4 T6 hydroformed aluminum frame has Trail Mountain specific geometries with a 67 ° head angle, 74,5 ° seat tube and 120mm suspension travel - X-Fusion front and rear -. The equipment of the MIG-ST is completed by Maxxis Ikon 29 × 2.20 tires, Shimano Deore 11/42 transmission and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with differentiated diameter (200mm front and 180mm rear). The MIG-ST is compatible with the 27.5 Plus wheel size.
Available in opaque green, the MIG-ST can already be ordered, exclusively on the website www.thokebike.com. Deliveries, to the customer's home or to one of the Thok Points in Europe, starting from 2 July 2018.
