ENTRIES LIST AND RACE PROGRAM NOVE MESTO
In the Women Elite cross-country Olympic (XCO) and cross-country short track (XCC), Alessandra Keller (Thömus Maxon), the reigning UCI World Cup winner will square off against Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (Ineos Grenadiers) who walked away from 2022 with an impressive four UCI world titles. And that's before considering the return of Olympic champion Jolanda Neff (Trek Factory Racing XC) and 2021 UCI World Cup overall title holder Loana Lecomte (Canyon CLLCTV).

SHORT TRACK RACE RESULTS
Meanwhile, in the Men Elite ranks all eyes are on the greatest of all time, Nino Schurter (Scott SRAM MTB Racing). The 10-time UCI World Champion and winner of last season's overall XCO title remains the man to beat, but a top 20 talent-rich team is vying for his crown. Sam Gaze (Alpecin-Deceuninck), 2022 XCC overall winner Alan Hatherly (Cannondale Factory Racing) and Titouan Carod (Team BMC) are some of the big names who are already going strong this off-season and are among the favorites to race for the title .
The cross-country marathon specialists (XCM) will make their UCI World Cup level debut on Saturday, with XCM included in the premier mountain bike series for the first time in its history. Some of the best endurance athletes will line up to tackle a grueling 120km course that requires a fiendishly difficult combination of fitness and technical prowess. As well as professionals, amateurs will also have the chance to run on Saturday thanks to the Nové Město na Moravě Marathon, which gives them the choice of running the full 120km course or a slightly friendlier 60km. Also among the tapes on Saturday will be the XCO U23 riders.

This weekend's action will be available to watch on GCN+, Eurosport and discovery+. Live coverage kicks off Friday night with Elite XCC racing and resumes Sunday with XCO racing. Elsewhere, the U23 XCO will be streamed live for free on the UCI Mountain Bike World Series and GMBN YouTube channels, as well as GCN.
