Dugast, already a supplier to many World Champions in the recent past, joins the Vittoria Group to reinforce its leadership in the production of handmade cotton and silk tires for cyclocross, track and road . By sharing experience and skills, A. Dugast and Vittoria will develop even more advanced and innovative products at the service of tomorrow's winners.
The Dutch A. Dugast joins the Vittoria Group, a plan devised together to strengthen the development and production of both companies, to give further impetus to innovation and to share global production capacity.
With the aim of making the most advanced bicycle tires on the planet, Vittoria will have at its disposal the consolidated experience of A. Dugast in the market and in the production of tubulars in cotton and silk. A. Dugast has built a unique reputation in the cycling industry as an expert in making high-end tires. Vittoria's activities in Italy and Thailand will benefit from A. Dugast's innovative strength and offer new experiences to its cyclists.
The laboratory in the Netherlands will ensure a more balanced production structure for the entire Vittoria Group. Thanks to the A. Dugast plant, Vittoria's customers will finally have access to special products and limited productions. For example, the group will soon present an exclusive, handmade, limited edition tubular for “L'Eroica” to celebrate the beginning of this new phase.
