Feedback from dirt track pro Pete Stetina was instrumental in the development of the new Grail.
The gravel scene has evolved significantly since the launch of the first Grail in 2018 and the performance demands in this sector are much clearer. Each competition presents its own challenges, so you need to have a highly customizable platform that you can configure to suit your needs for the terrain or event you're riding. Creating this platform was the mission of the development of the new Grail.
A highly customizable performance package
Among the many innovations, the new Grail offers optimized aerodynamics with a saving of over 9 watts compared to the previous model. Storage options with the Aero LOAD system make cycling faster. The new silhouette of the Double Drop Bar features the innovative Gear Groove which houses a wide range of accessories, including the highly adjustable Aero Extensions made by Speedmax, a leader in triathlon.
The Aero LOAD System includes both the LOAD Down Tube Storage, integrated into the frame, and the innovative LOAD FidLock QuickLoader, quick to assemble and disassemble, which makes the new Grail 1,5 watts faster than the previous model.
The riding dynamics have been renewed with a geometry concept that gives stability and agility, while the characteristic grip of the Grail is still present with a seatpost concept adapted to the Ultimate road line, but optimized for off-road riding performance.
The new CP0039 Double Drop Bar with Gear Groove offers exceptional ergonomics and adds a new level of functionality, including the option for aero extensions derived from the Canyon Speedmax.
A wide choice of accessories, from LOAD Fork Sleeves for greater load capacity to full coverage DEFEND Fast Fenders, make the new Grail as adaptable as it is fast.
Perfectly equipped. The new Grail is a highly customizable performance package.
