Yesterday someone noticed forest guards wandering around the track area.
Today, Wednesday 2 July 2014, the guards returned to the scene with 6 units and put the route under preventive seizure, in order to allow the forestry corps to make the appropriate investigations and assess whether everything is in order.
It seems that, according to the Apt project, the track should be 4 meters wide and today, in measuring the dimensions, points 15 meters wide have been measured.
The forestry has put the seals on the area and within 48 hours will send the report to the Public Prosecutor who will have to decide whether or not to validate the seizure.
