It looks like a trivial fall but it gave him a fractured rib. All this happened at the national championship, where Emily managed to win despite this inconvenience.

Unfortunately won't be at round 7 of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Snowshoe, WV. A crash at the Canadian Nationals last week left me with a broken rib. I tried my best to make it work this week, but the pain is too excruciating when you're off-road. Hoping to be back for Mont Sainte Anne next week.
🧘♀️ On a positive note, this is just a collection of more information that will serve my long-term plan and help me reach my true potential when it matters most. When you believe that something bad is happening to you in your life, you have to ask yourself, is it really bad? Or is it exactly where you need to be?
