To face the competitions of the 2023 season, the riders of the Continental Atherton Race Team unanimously chose the Proxim W450 Performance TiroX 145 model.
An ideal saddle model also for the most extreme descents thanks to these characteristics:
- Rail Tirox in light alloy steel, a material with an excellent balance between weight and resistance, able to prevent the rails from breaking even in the event of strong impacts.
- Monocoque base with variable thickness, made of nylon with carbon injections, to resist shocks and better absorb vibrations on the roughest terrain.
- Semi-round shape and compact size, with a length of 250mm and a width of 145mm to allow greater freedom of movement and not hinder the rider's movements.
- Grip Cover in the rear part of the saddle, to increase the grip between the legs and the saddle when riding downhill, in any weather condition.
- MSS – Multi Sector System different zones mapped and separated on the saddle each composed of different interactive foams and separate single cell padding. The "islands" work autonomously by adapting to all the positions that the cyclist can assume during the ride.
