The track is the same on which the 2020 Italian Championships took place. The course is long, technical and physical (3 km long for 550 meters in altitude), last year the best time was set by Eleonora Farina (4.41 '085 ") and Davide Palazzari (4.01'483").
The program is typical of a national race, with controlled trials and qualifying heats on Saturday and training and race heats on Sunday.
Registrations will close today Tuesday 25 at midnight, but we can already say that the Viola Saint Grèe event will be a highly competitive race that will give a great show to lovers of gravity disciplines.
Gravitalia's goal for 2021 was to raise the bar with a competition with a high competitive content and it can be said that it has already been achieved. In fact, over 50 athletes from various European countries (and beyond) have already confirmed their presence at the Gravitalia National Trophy to be held next weekend 29/30 May in Viola St. Grèe and this number is destined to increase.
To date, the entry list sees alongside athletes of the caliber of Brook MacDonald, Loic Bruni, Mark Wallace, Loris Revelli, Wyn Masters, Benoit Coulanges, Fabien Barel, Johannes Von Klebelsberg, Antoine Pierron, Simone Medici and Thibault Laly (among the others), an important number of foreign athletes of the various categories, with whom it will be interesting to be able to compare at all levels.
