New asymmetrical rims with wide channel and new hubs for STAN'S, a brand imported in Italy by Damil Components.

Almost 20 years after the creation of the first tubeless ready rim by Stan Koziatek, Stan's No Tubes is proud to present the new series of aluminum Crest, Arch and Flow MK4 and S2 rims and wheels
MK4 Rims and Wheels
Thanks to the experience developed with the production of asymmetrical carbon rims, which incorporate BST technology, Stan's has developed the new MK4, the first asymmetrical aluminum rims of the brand.

The asymmetrical BST design allows for an improved angle of support and balanced spoke tension, while also maintaining the ease of inflation and airtight closure that have made Stan's the world leader in tubeless rims.
The new MK4 series is available in 3 new widths, and each model has its own peculiarities and specific standards.
Stan's obsession with performance has led to a total rethink of the asymmetrical design of the rims, resulting in the creation of wheels that are even more resistant than those seen so far. The main problems Stan's raised with the asymmetrical rims that are currently on the market is that tires are often very difficult to heel and inflate, and are also very likely to be damaged by impacts on rocks.
Stan's, on the other hand, managed to give balanced air pressure along both sides of the rim and therefore excellent resistance to blows and ease in inflation.
The Crest, Arch and Flow MK4 rims are produced in 6069 aluminum with the welded joint and the area of the holes has been further reinforced. The novelty is also the new matt surface finish.
The retail price of the wheels in Italy is 120 €, which includes the new 3-year warranty and the crash & replacement program.
CREST MK4

S2 rims and wheels
As in the MK4 version, Stan's has increased the width of the inner rim channel for the S2 series. 6061 aluminum is used for production and the closure is made with a chemically welded insert. In addition, the spoke holes have stainless steel bushings to increase their resistance.
S2 rims come out with the same internal channel width specifications, and the same recommended tire sizes as the MK4 series.
The Crest rim with 25mm channel is optimized for tires from 40mm up to 2.25 "The ARCH rim with 28 internal channel can be used with tires from 2.2" to 2.5 ". The FLOW model with 30mm internal channel is ideal for tires from 2.3 "to 2.6".
The S2 rims will be assembled on the first assembly wheels with the new E-sync hubs and will be available starting from August. The warranty on the S2 rim line is 2 years.
