The Epic 8 features the Dynamic Trio, a suspension tuning system that offers three different settings: Wide Open for technical descents, Magic Middle for 80% of racing situations, and Sprint-On-Lock for maximum efficiency during sprints and climbs long and flowing.

A key point of this new generation of Epic is the Flight Attendant, developed by Specialized Ride Dynamics, which allows the RockShox suspension to instantly adapt to the optimal settings of the Dynamic Trio. Thanks to SRAM AXS wireless technology, the Flight Attendant collects data in real time to offer an unprecedented riding experience.
The Epic 8 EVO, on the other hand, was designed to dominate "downcountry" terrain, offering unparalleled downhill performance. The Wide Open setting and Sprint-On-Lock ensure maximum control and maximum speed on challenging singletrack.
