SMITH Optics launches the new Motive sunglasses

SMITH launches new high-performance Motive sunglasses to achieve any riding goal.

When you're picking up speed on single track or in the final sprint of the stage, SMITH's Motive sunglasses protect your eyes and offer maximum functionality and terrain definition.
With a lightweight, impact-resistant and moderately snug TR90 nylon frame, the Motive sunglasses offer high-level protection.

The half frame maximizes peripheral vision, while the double lens features SMITH's patented ChromaPop™ technology, which enhances colors by improving the sharpness and definition of objects. Each frame includes two interchangeable lenses, one for bright light and one clear for low light and night vision, designed to adapt to all lighting conditions. Vents on the top corner of the lenses help disperse heat and prevent moisture buildup. Furthermore, the anti-humidity and anti-stain treatment facilitates cleaning and improves visual clarity.

AutoLock hinges keep the frame open while you put on or take off your glasses, while non-slip megol temples and nosepads are sweat-activated for exceptional grip that keeps them in place as you ride. In addition, the megol nose pads are adjustable for a customized fit and allow you to increase or decrease the air passage.

The Motive features a slim frame that fits snugly into the grooves found in SMITH bike helmets, to keep them secure when you're not wearing them.

Motive sunglasses (RRP: €160-170, including two sets of lenses, protective microfiber cleaning bag and hard case) are now available on smithoptics.com and at selected specialty retailers worldwide.

[email protected] I am a fan of everything that has 2 wheels: at a young age I practiced road and track cycling (Italian Allievi champion). At the age of 18 I passed into the cross country competing at national/international level as an Under23. Past Elite, I made the choice to take things more lightly from a training point of view, and my love for gravity disciplines was born, training me as an FCI MTB instructor and guide. Now I have made passion my profession by managing 2 MTB centers on the island of Elba (Bike Center Elba and Elba MTB), creating the FANTAmtb and telling in an ironic but professional way everything that revolves around MTB thanks to 365mountainbike and 365TV (YouTube'PULITI dentro BIKER fuori').
