Sam Gaze is the owner of two rainbow jerseys in this 2023: Marathon e Short Track. Today he won the Short Track event in the French Cup in great style in front of 2 opponents of undoubted value including a Tom Pidcock who, getting off his road bike, proved to have suffered the right pedal stroke (he showed up at the start with a Pinarello MTB prototype).
In addition to various participations on the road with Alpecin Deceuninck, Gaze participated in 4 XCO events, of which won 2. Sam Gaze is demonstrating excellent form, let's see if he will be able to keep it for the first Cup scheduled for mid-May in Nove Mesto.
Among the women, Annie Last won ahead of the young Helene Clauzel and Noemie Garnier. Pauline Ferrand Prevot did not participate, focusing entirely on the Cross Country race.
