The Two Lions Isola di Sant'Antioco with the Patronage of the Municipality of Sant'Antioco and the collaboration of the "Welcome to Sant'Antioco" Association are an active part in the planning and realization of the SANT'ANTIOCO BIKE DAYS event, a cycling sporting event which includes the 1st GRAN FONDO MTB ISLAND OF SANT'ANTIOCO.

The event will take place over two days: The E-DAY RACE is scheduled for October 28, an electric bike competition which will see, among others, the presence of the motorcycling champion Marco Melandri and the professional Mirko Pirazzoli already winner of the last edition (2022). In the afternoon they will animate children and young people with fun games and bicycle driving lessons. On 29 October the 1st edition of the MTB GRANFONDO will be staged with an annexed CYCLING TOURIST EXCURSION, a ride to discover the beauties of the island which includes some gastronomic stops with tasting of local products.

The Granfondo di Mtb event is part of the FCI “Sardinia Cup Mtb 2023” circuit and will be the last of the 8 races scheduled that will see Sant'Antioco as the absolute protagonist with the final award ceremony of all categories. The “godmother” will be the two-time Olympic Cross Country Champion Paola Pezzo.
