The KMC MTB Racing Team starts the 2023 season with a big fundamental change: Orbea will no longer be the main sponsor of the team, given the diversion of his budget to the factory teamHowever, a union was born between the “old” KCM Orbea Team and the CST Superior Brentjens Mountainbike Racing Team to create the new KMC MTB Racing Team.
Little remains of the old KMC Orbea, or rather, it has been integrated into the Orbea Factory Team: Pierre De Froidmont and Luca Martin move to the Factory team while the only one who remains at KMC's court is the Norwegian Janika Loiv. The 2023 team of the two 90-strong pieces of the 2022 team is still unknown, namely Sebastian Fini and Malene Degn.
