George Brannigan just shared on Instagram that when he was attempting the new 'in-out' stretch at Red Bull Hardline: a 12m gap on a 9m landing before another 12m gap.
He reported that the wind blew in gusts just before takeoff, lifting the front end. He failed to get him down in time before jumping and so he went straight over the handlebars, missing the landing completely.
George Brannigan is no stranger to collarbone injuries - he spent half of the 2017 season and much of the 2018 season with a broken collarbone or recovering from a broken collarbone after breaking the bone 4 times in a year, first in July 2017 and then the fourth time in July 2018.
Best wishes to George for a good recovery!
