La Thuile Enduro World Series powered by SRAM, day 1 in command of Ravanel and Rude
La Thuile sees a very high level at the start, perhaps the highest in an Enduro World Series with, in the first 100 places, all high-sounding names. 400 bikers at the start with a PS1 of 900m in altitude! After day 1 in the lead we find Richie Rude (Yeti Fox Shox) and Cecile Ravanel (Commencal Vallnord Enduro Team).
Impressive the gaps inflicted by Rude on his opponents: all more than one minute except Sam Hill (2nd place) who pays 53 ″. In the women's race the Ravanel has no rivals and inflicts heavy gaps on everyone, starting with Isabeau Courdurier (SUNN) and Anita Gehrig (Ibis Cycles Enduro Race).
