PirazCoaching is an online training course, designed by Mirko Pirazzoli, to help you improve step by step both from a technical and athletic point of view.

At the head of everything, as the name suggests, we find the 'Piraz', namely Mirko Pirazzoli, Manager and Coach of some of the strongest bikers in Italy. Defining him only as a Manager and Coach is an understatement, given his competitive past full of satisfactions.

WHO IS MIRKO PIRAZZOLI

Mirko Pirazzoli was one of the pioneers of MTB, winner of a MTB European Cup, and was among the best Italian bikers of the early 2000s. He collected many podiums at national XC competitions among the Elite: 3rd place in 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2007. In his career he also achieved a 3rd place at the national Marathon (2006) and a 2nd place at the Cross Country (also 2006).

PIRAZCOACHING ACADEMY

Mirko is now making all his experience available to those athletes who are looking for improvement: attention, improvement, not excelling. Although often excelling is a natural consequence of improvement.

You need to have as little stress as possible in the race: the commitment must be total during the week in order to arrive at the race calmly and without stress. The less stress I have, the stronger I will be. In my career I have understood this - Mirko Pirazzoli

We could see that Mirko works a lot on 3 aspects: mental, technical and physical. The aspect that we really liked is his attention to the technical side of the MTB: training is ok but it is essential to take care of the riding technique and the various settings on your mountain bike. It is useless to gain 1 minute uphill and lose 2 downhill. And from this point of view he makes use of the collaboration of capable technicians, such as Federico Mandelli and various 'special guests' (Miguel Martinez, an old friend of Mirko as well as Olympic champion in Sydney 2000).

You shouldn't blame others. If we fill ourselves with alibis, we will justify our mistakes. We must not think of others but only of ourselves: there are no others, I have to be the best version of myself - Mirko Pirazzoli

ppgad@pucrs.br I am passionate about everything that has 2 wheels: in my youth I practiced competitive cycling on the road and on the track with good results. At the age of 18 I moved to cross country competing at national/international level as U23. Once I passed Elite, I made the choice to take things easier from the training point of view, and that's how my love for gravity disciplines was born, training as an FCI MTB instructor and guide. Now I have made my passion my profession by managing 3 MTB centers on the island of Elba (Elba MTB), creating the FANTAmtb and telling in an ironic but professional way, everything that revolves around MTB thanks to 365mountainbike and 365TV (YouTube 'PULITI dentro BIKER fuori').
