There are numerous moments of pure adrenaline and fun immersed in nature that can be experienced from 24 June to 10 September in Pila. In fact, its privileged position which opens onto Aosta and embraces the highest peaks in Europe, it is no coincidence that it is nicknamed "the Balcony of Aosta", allows you to reach it easily thanks to the extremely comfortable Aosta-Pila cable car which connects the Aosta Valley capital to the summit in less than 20 minutes. Once at the top you will be able to choose between many favorite activities or choose to try new ones: trekking, mountain biking, walking or simply relaxing. In any case, the nature of Pila will make them special! Also this summer season is full of events and manifestations to experience the mountain at 360°. Proposals ranging from sport to local crafts, food and wine, culture and music. Obviously the bike is the protagonist thanks also to the renowned bike park which has tracks of various difficulties along which to dance and fly headlong down through woods and meadows, for a timeless adventure, but at full speed! For the little ones, for whom Pila has a special sensitivity, tailor-made events are dedicated such as Kids Open Day: free MTB/DH camp together with the instructors of the Pila MTB schools. And for those who want to experience a slower two-wheeled experience, the cross country is the right choice.

In Pila there is a technical and competitive track of about 4 km which is also chosen for youth competitive competitions and international level events. The network of farm roads in Pila is vast and satisfies everyone, thanks to itineraries ranging from 2300 to 600 m. above sea level, immersed in an extraordinary panorama. The variety of routes satisfies both the pleasure of cycling in peace and the expectations of those looking for technical and demanding routes. If, on the other hand, you're not cycling champions, or you simply don't have a fit leg, you don't have to give up the summit: the eMTBs with pedal assistance take care of it, which can be rented at the arrival of the cable car. It is also possible to rely on a local guide for a more complete and unforgettable experience by booking an excursion in the area, which can be combined with a picnic lunch with lunch box, or a gourmet experience at the huts. And always on the theme of good food, how can we fail to mention the exquisite Fontina Valdostana! You can taste it in the mountain pastures or in the renowned restaurants of Pila.
