Pauline Ferrand-Prevot e Nino Schurter have been chosen by the UCI as the best bikers of the year 2022.

Both Schurter and Prevot's seasons have been incredible: especially Pauline Ferrand-Prevot's season which surpassed many records and has definitively entered history. Nino Schurter changed the face of his 2022 thanks to the victory in the world championship, which led him to win his 10th world title in Cross Country. Now all that's missing is the record for overall victories in the Cup, as he is tied with Julien Absalon.

2023 will still be a year full of goals for the 2 champions: Schurter will seek a victory in the World Cup, thus achieving yet another record, while Prevot has a longer-range goal, namely the Paris 2024 Olympics, since the French has not yet reached the gold medal in her career.
