Martin Maes and Vid Peršak will be the concentrated riders in the Enduro World Series, while Flo Espiñeira and Edgar Carballo will target the E-Enduro World Series with the Wild FS model. We will also see Flo and Edgar on some EWS rides on a Rallon, especially those where electric bikes are not involved.
“It's an exciting year for us, we really want to start competing and give our best in every race. Martin and Flo will be very important riders in the Orbea Fox Enduro Team family and we are eager to see what we can achieve together, ”says Sports Marketing Manager and team leader, Iñaki Ucin.
Next to some level riders, a top level structure. Primož Štrancar will again be the Team manager of the Orbea Fox Enduro Team, while Javier Lorenzo will again be the leader of the mechanics team and responsible for keeping the Rallons and Wild FS in order.
The team will compete with the Rallon at the Enduro World Series, a model that Orbea has completely refurbished recently. Races evolve and consequently also the material, and the Orbea Enduro Team riders choose a Rallon full 29er or mullet, with air or spring shock absorbers - along with other aspects - depending on the route of each EWS lap.
At the E-EWS the team will be equipped with the brand's eMTB, the Wild FS. A bike with which Flo and Edgar will have to reveal the wilder side of the 85 Nm Bosch motor for the climbs, as well as the adjustable and sophisticated suspension on the descents. The team will also have other models from the Orbea range to train, such as the Oiz and the Orca.
You will be able to follow the team and learn about all the evolutions through the social networks of the Orbea Fox Enduro Team. You will also be able to experience the competition with new episodes of Take a Lap, the documentary series that will be released this year and a few more surprises to come.
