Orbea Enduro Team: new era

In the opening week of the Enduro World Series, the team shows through a documentary the preparation of Martin Maes, Vid Persak, Flo Espiñeira and Edgar Carballo in the All In season!

Orbea Enduro Team
A new era for mountain biking with top riders and technical innovations.

A new era begins. The Orbea Enduro Team is thrilled to start the 2022 Enduro World Series by taking it one step further. This year the team makes a big leap in quality with the arrival of Martin Maes and Flo Espiñeira, who join Vid Persak and Edgar Carballo, to fight for all the podiums.

In this documentary we see that, although the season is about to begin, the work for the team has already started for some time. In the shadows. Day after day. For riders, pre-season is the time of the year in which to work on physical fitness for the races, try and carry out different tests with which to refine the setting for the season and also the period in which to "team up".

A change of team, and therefore of material, means an intense methodical work of tests to find the perfect position on the bike and with the fastest adjustments against the clock. The human aspect is equally important, so it was a period in which we worked on the human aspect, teaming up and having a good time beyond the bicycle.

Martin Maes and Vid Persak, riders who will compete in the Enduro World Series with the Rallon, have done extensive testing during the preseason. They then adjusted their Rallón to snatch as many seconds as possible from the clock and be the fastest.

Flo Espiñeira and Edgar Carballo, riders who will compete in the E-EWS, have also worked extensively with the Wild FS, with which they will have to give their all this season. Five laps await them in which they will pedal to be the best in the category.

All in!

At the age of 18 I moved to cross country competing at national/international level as U23. Once I passed Elite, I made the choice to take things easier from the training point of view, and that's how my love for gravity disciplines was born, training as an FCI MTB instructor and guide. Now I have made my passion my profession by managing 3 MTB centers on the island of Elba (Elba MTB), creating the FANTAmtb and telling in an ironic but professional way, everything that revolves around MTB thanks to 365mountainbike and 365TV (YouTube 'PULITI dentro BIKER fuori').
