Orange Bikes, king of monocross, has found a way to continue operating. Orange Bikes was close to closing but was saved by the company contracted to make its frames in the UK. The company had been run by directors seeking to resolve their debt problems.
As reported by esmtb, Orange had a debt of 4,4 million pounds (just over 5 million euros). While no details have been provided on how this financial situation will be resolved, it appears that the brand's survival is guaranteed.
Following a restructuring of the company and related companies, we are pleased to announce that Orange Bikes will continue to be owned by Ash Ball. As part of a restructuring, Orange Bikes has successfully acquired its British frame manufacturing partner. This is a significant development that brings us one step closer to realizing our ambitious plan to have the entire company coexist under one roof. With this acquisition we will be able to streamline our operations and create a more efficient manufacturing process. The new facility, located just 3 km from our current headquarters, will be the new home of Orange Bikes. It will house both the frame manufacturing and bike assembly facilities, allowing us to unify the entire manufacturing process in one location - orange
