Quin is proud to announce that O'NEAL will be integrating its cutting-edge crash detection and emergency response system into its latest range of MTB helmets.

The partnership sees O'NEAL's new Blade and Trailfinder Evo helmets, along with select motocross models, designed to seamlessly integrate Quin's advanced sensors. This means that Both models use Quin's safety technology which offers impact detection, emergency warning e advanced analysis.

Impact detection
The heart of Quin’s advanced motion technology is its complex impact detection protocols. The sensor’s exceptional sensitivity, combined with Quin’s sophisticated algorithms, means the sensor is meticulously designed to analyze the nature of impacts, even allowing it to distinguish between an accidental helmet drop and a serious fall.

Emergency Alerts
Once an impact is detected, Quin is designed to automatically notify your three selected emergency contacts, providing them with your real-time status and location.

For Quin Plus subscribers, Quin's ResQ feature offers direct integration with professional emergency services. It quickly shares critical data, including your location, health information and safety details, helping ensure the nearest emergency response team is dispatched as quickly as possible.

Advanced Analysis
Quin captures a series of different critical data points, often used by medical professionals to analyze trauma. Quin is able to quantify every instant during a detected impact.

The advanced technology not only informs you if you have been involved in a high-intensity crash, but quantifies and provides in-depth information about the impact, allowing riders to share potentially life-saving information with a family member, friend, coach or medical professional.

This advanced, safety-focused information is captured and stored by the sensor even when there is no mobile phone connection or network coverage, allowing it to be consulted at a later time if needed. This is just one example of how feature-rich the Quin system is, and how it is adapted to different riding experiences and needs. In addition to keeping cyclists safe, Quin provides a wealth of performance data from each ride, such as speed, time, distance and effort consistency, helping cyclists to ride smarter, improve and reach their goals.

Both O'NEAL helmets are available in the “Quin Ready” version. More details on the Blade are available HERE, while details on the Trailfinder Evo are available HERE.
