The new ones arrive Merida DIRT, bikes designed for dirt jumping, pumptrucking, and pure fun. A new model, available starting in spring 2026, created with the aim of introducing a wider audience to the more playful side of cycling. Developed based on experience gained with gravity mountain bikes and e-MTBs, the DIRT is designed to offer maximum fun at the best price, within a simple yet extremely durable package. The heart of the project is a robust 6061 aluminum frame with optimized geometry, a singlespeed drivetrain, and 26-inch wheels. The bike is covered by a five-year warranty for use in downhill and freeride (Category 5).
Despite keeping simplicity at its core, Merida has integrated all the truly essential features for this type of bike: gyro compatibility, extra-long rear brake lines as standard, and even a bottle cage mount, for a touch of versatility in urban riding.
Available in two sizes, riders can choose between an ultra-nimble setup for tricks or a longer, more stable one perfect for taller riders or pumptruck enthusiasts.
The range is simple and straightforward, with two models available:
- La DIRT 700 It's designed for serious dirt jump and slopestyle riders, with top-tier components like DT Swiss D1900 wheels and a RockShox Pike DJ fork.
- La DIRT 500 Instead, it is perfect for young talents who are approaching this world: Manitou Circus DJ air fork, Alex rims and Kenda tires guarantee maximum control at an extremely competitive price.
