Together with the film, Freeride Entertainment has announced Freerider.TV, the new streaming content platform dedicated to the culture of Freeride, which will not miss the film series that made the American production company famous all over the world: "New World Disorder".
This whole initiative to go back to our roots has been nothing short of enlightening. When you think back to our humble beginnings in freeriding and the impact the New World Disorder series has had on the sport, we knew this move would be loved by our fans. The go big mentality has always been present within Freeride Entertainment, so why not return to shed some light on our most renowned production, and at the same time launch a new project: Nothing's For Free.
The latter in particular was a huge challenge in terms of project size and ambition.. we wanted to give mountain biking its own “Dog Town and Z Boys” or “Riding Giants".
Our journey into mountain biking has taught us that no matter what the challenge, anything is possible and this really shows through the storyline of the film – Derek Westerlund – Director and Founder of Freeride Entertainment
Nothing's For Free debuts on July 28, 2023 in Whistler BC at Crankworx and will then be available exclusively on Outside Watch until mid-August. Later the film will be available for digital download and streaming on the platforms Outside Interactive e Freerider.TV
