The arrival of the CHRONO DC in its two variants, CHRONO DC and CHRONO DC R, brings a plus of aggressive character to the range of rigid CHRONOs defining an aluminum version with more relaxed geometries with the acronym DC. Suitable for the biker who likes the cross country but he doesn't make competition his primary goal.

STEALTH ALUMINUM AND SPECIFIC GEOMETRY
CHRONO DC is much more than a conventional rigid. A totally new frame in terms of design and geometry made in our STEALTH aluminum, and which has a specific and unique geometry within the entire CHRONO DC range. The corner steering is 68,5 degrees (1,5 degrees more than the CHRONO and CHRONO CARBON range) and the forks have a travel of 120 mm.
Two fundamental aspects that define much of it of the DOWNCOUNTRY identity, providing a character of total enjoyment and greater versatility, both in the technical areas of pedaling, and in one greater downhill capability.

TELESCOPING SEATPOST AND 2,4″ TIRES AS STANDARD
Assembly is another key factor. Both models are equipped as standard with a telescopic seat post and pneumatic tyres 2,4″. To get the most out of a rigid aluminum, in addition to specific geometry, Telescopic seatpost brings a plus di versatility to the bike and safety in tackling the technical areas, and the tyres Maxxis
Ardent 29×2.4” have an excellent compromise in terms of rolling ability, grip, comfort and safety on difficult terrain.

To get one driving position a little more comfortable and less demanding on longer rides and that gives you greater security in the technical areas, the power length is shorter than the rest of the CHRONO and CHRONO CARBON range and are shorter in all sizes (S/M: 50mm, L: 60mm and XL: 70mm). Another differentiating aspect is the diameter of the brake discs, with 180mm at the front and 160mm at the rear in both models.
