At the second round of SuperEnduro PRO bis by Marco Milivinti with his Torpado Noriker 27,5 which puts all the specialists behind starting from Manuel Ducci (Ibis Life Cycle) and Nicola Casadei (Gravity Game). Denny Lupato (FRM Factory), who occupied the fifth position, did not start due to severe pain in his ankle but fortunately no fracture. Nice performance for the Slovenian Medvescek Kristijan, who started with the number 22 but recovered from the opponents who preceded him in every special, bringing him to 5th place. Alex Lupato, still recovering from the tear occurred this week (he too ankle, it seems a vice for the Lupato brothers), led him to a conservative race ended in 6th place. Always present the young Vittorio Gambirasio (Officine Red) who with a constant and regular test finished in 4th place.
Marco Milivinti, in very pedaled PS, lost only 2 ″ to Manuel Ducci who was not able to fill the gap of 11 ″ relative to the previous day. Or rather, he had made it by clearing the gap on the PS4 (the most pedaled one where, however, Milivinti lost only 10 ″, finishing in 4th position), but an error in PS5, and yet another great PS for Milivinti, brought him back to second position.
A superb test for Milivinti, real technique downhiller downhill (and the public approves) and great power in the pedaled sections. However, Manuel Ducci was the author of an excellent race proving to be one of the reference points of the Italian Enduro. Of note is the 7th place of Bruno Zanchi (Team Airoh) who seems to take a liking to the enduro discipline after his great performances in DH. Unlucky race for Sottocornola, author of a disastrous Saturday with a crash in SS1 and chain breakage at the start of SS2.
Among the women, Louise Pauline (OddoneBici Cannondale) dominated the Punta Ala race, winning with 1'35 ”over Valentina Macheda (Ibis Life Cycle) and Laura Rossin (Dream Team Devinci). The Swedish rider ended Day 1 with an advantage of over 30 ″ and then increased on the second day as well, leaving the crumbs to our Italians.
