But the innovations also concern the variety of battery geometries and configurations to meet the needs of more and more bikers.

Autonomy, low weight, complete power support. Compared to the past, today's cyclists want much more from their pedal-assisted mountain bikes and, as often happens, the best compromise is not to compromise. To get a bike that can satisfy all types of cyclists, Merida has created a new range of high-performance eMTBs called eTRILOGY. Three full suspension mountain bikes that share key ingredients, but each with its own fundamentally different identity that helps them provide the right performance for the different needs of every ebiker: from the superlative eONE-SIXTY CF in carbon to its sister eONE-SIXTY LITE in aluminium, to which is added the eONE-FORTY LITE in aluminium.

The eONE-SIXTY CF – available in the eONE-SIXTY 10K, 7000 and 6000 models – has an entirely carbon frame, and is therefore designed for maximum lightness and reactivity, for those looking for high performance. Some numbers characterize it at first glance: front travel of 170 mm and rear of 174 mm (27,5" wheel) and a fully integrated 600 Wh battery that can be extended to 960 Wh, thanks to a range extender sold aftermarket. These indications are enough to describe a bike that offers high performance in terms of handling and stability, the latter achieved by lowering the center of gravity of the entire mountain bike thanks to the extremely low position of the battery in the down tube.
The eONE-SIXTY LITE – available in the eONE-SIXTY 875 and 675 models – offers high autonomy combined with ideal performance for riding on single tracks. With the same range as its bigger sister eONE-SIXTY CF, the eONE-SIXTY LITE is entirely made of aluminum and is equipped with a removable 750 Wh battery which, with range extender, brings the autonomy beyond 1100 Wh. If on the one hand you get unparalleled autonomy, on the other the bike offers pleasant maneuverability for those looking for performance on the trail, all thanks to the latest geometry and suspension updates.
The eONE-FORTY LITE – available in the eONE-FORTY 675, 475 and 475 EQ models – was designed for riders who don't need extra suspension travel, but who are looking for the versatility of an eMTB SUV to combine the daily use during the week with exceptional performance on the trails at the weekend. It features a removable 750Wh battery, with the option to extend this to over 1100Wh of battery life, a full power drive unit and lighter, more versatile mounting specifications.
