Merida and Whyte available for tests at the Dolomiti Paganella Bike Opening 2023

The event that opens the season every year with the Dolomiti Paganella Bike sees the presence of Merida and Whyte with the latest innovations in mountain bikes, eMTBs and even road bikes to be tested in the field.

The Dolomiti Paganella Bike of Andalo in Trentino is preparing for the opening event of the off-road season with an unmissable event for all mountain bike enthusiasts.

From Saturday 27 to Monday 29 May, on the 80 kilometers of single trails and flow trails of the cycling park, it will be possible to test Merida bicycles, present with the most recent innovations, and Whyte, the British brand which has been distributed on the market since the beginning of 2023 Italian right from Merida Italy.

At the Dolomiti Paganella Bike Opening, the Italian headquarters in Merida will exhibit, and have a large and varied collection tested. Enduro lovers will have the latest proposals from the ONE-SIXTY range, awarded in 2023 with the Design & Innovation Award: the ONE-SIXTY 8000, the ONE-SIXTY 6000 – fresh winner of the MBUK/Bikeradar Enduro Bike of the Year 2023 – and the ONE-SIXTY 700. There is also room for electric with the eONE-SIXTY 9000, the most awarded bicycle in Merida history. For trail specialists riding, the most difficult routes in the park will not be a problem on the new ONE-FORTY 8000 and ONE-FORTY 6000.

Finally, road cycling enthusiasts will have the opportunity to test the top of the range from the Taiwanese manufacturer thanks to the SCULTURA TEAM ULTEGRA 12 DI2, equipped with the new Shimano Di2 groupset.

The Paganella opening also represents the first opportunity for Whyte, the English company famous within the off-road community for the advanced geometries of its mountain bikes, to let the Italian public try out its creations, after the this year Merida Italy has taken over the distribution of the brand in Italy. Some of the best electric enduro proposals of the company were present: the E-180 WORKS MX, the E-160 RSX 29er and the E-160 RSX MX.

On the Eventbrite web platform it is already possible to book a free test of the Merida and Whyte bicycles. On the dedicated pages of the platform – Merida Dolomiti Paganella Bike Park and Whyte Dolomiti Paganella Bike Park – just select the day, time slot and type of preferred bicycle. On the day of booking, pick up your choice at the brand's stand, get on the saddle and let the fun begin.
